Labels

Every routed shipment comes with one label, rendered by E-Parcel from the accepting carrier’s tracking number.

  • PDF, one page, 101 × 200 mm, sized for thermal label stock.
  • Print at 100 % / actual size, not “fit to page”.
  • The barcode is the carrier’s tracking number. Print one label per parcel and attach it to that parcel.
  • The label shows your sender_name and address as FROM, and your customer_reference.

The create response carries it inline as label_pdf_base64. Decode it and store the PDF:

Terminal window
jq -r .label_pdf_base64 shipment.json | base64 --decode > label.pdf
GET /api/v1/shipments/{shipment_id}/label
Authorization: Bearer <api-key>

Returns 200 with Content-Type: application/pdf. A shipment that never reached ROUTED has no label and returns 404.
